What We Are Looking For

We are looking for a growth‑oriented, commercially minded leader with deep experience in merchant‑funded offers, affiliate ecosystems, or loyalty content sourcing, who is energised by building and scaling high‑performing content portfolios for issuer card‑linked offer (CLO) programmes.

You thrive in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment, bring innovative ideas to merchant sourcing and partnerships, and are motivated by measurable outcomes. You combine strategic thinking with hands‑on execution, use data to inform decisions, and take ownership for improving performance over time.

Experience in financial services, loyalty platforms, affiliate networks, retail media, or marketplace ecosystems is highly valued.

  • Act as the senior escalation point for merchant content performance and commercial issues.

Performance & Optimisation

  • Identify trends and gaps across categories, merchant types, and offer mechanics.
  • Use data to prioritise sourcing efforts and continuously improve portfolio effectiveness.

Leadership & Culture

  • Lead with pace, ownership, and a strong growth mindset.
  • Bring innovative thinking to how merchant content is sourced, structured, and scaled.
  • Contribute to a high‑performance, collaborative, and forward‑thinking team culture.

  • Proven success building and optimising large‑scale offer portfolios.
