Job Description
As a Business Development Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in supporting both strategic planning and business development initiatives. You will work closely with the Head of Clients, Head of Strategy & Business Planning, and the Business Development team to drive market growth, optimize performance, and deliver impactful client engagements.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in consulting, financial services, payments, or technology. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Thai and English. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus. Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description
As a Business Development Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in supporting both strategic planning and business development initiatives. You will work closely with the Head of Clients, Head of Strategy & Business Planning, and the Business Development team to drive market growth, optimize performance, and deliver impactful client engagements.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development Support:
- Analyze client performance across merchants, acquiring, and issuers and market data to generate insights that inform client strategies.
- Assist in crafting client account plans, incentive models, and performance management tools.
- Support the execution of strategic initiatives and partnership structures, including contract development and tracking.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Business Development team, including reporting and documentation.
- Collaborate with Finance to monitor business performance, investigate variances, and support Profit and Loss analysis.
- Generate and maintain dashboards and reports to track sales pipelines, operational KPIs, and initiative impact.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless execution of strategic and client-facing projects.
- Contribute to internal and external event planning, quarterly reviews, and budget planning processes.
