Job Description

The Senior Manager, Performance Management plays a critical role in driving business effectiveness across CEMEA by owning the regional performance management framework. The role ensures that strategic priorities are translated into clear OKRs, scorecards, and performance insights, enabling leadership to track progress, make informed decisions, and course‑correct where required.

Operating at the intersection of data, governance, and executive engagement, the role establishes a disciplined performance rhythm that enables leadership focus, prioritization, and follow-through

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and oversee regional performance management, including OKRs (Objectives & Key Results), scorecards, and performance insights
  • Drive consistency and quality of performance reporting across leadership forums, including regular business reviews, All-Staff forums and Townhalls
  • Lead preparation, synthesis, and facilitation of executive‑level materials to support decision‑making and prioritization
  • Support executive and market visits, ensuring data‑driven narratives and follow‑through
  • Establish and maintain clear action tracking, prioritization, and escalation mechanisms across leadership commitments
  • Enable effective planning and execution through alignment with annual and ongoing performance cycles
  • Act as a trusted partner to senior leaders on performance trends, risks, and execution challenges
  • Contribute to the evolution of regional performance management standards and practices, strengthening consistency, clarity, and effectiveness across OKRs, scorecards, and leadership reporting.
  • Champion continuous improvement in performance management processes, including the responsible use of GenAI‑enabled tools to improve insight quality, efficiency, and execution discipline.

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.

Visa requires at least 3 days in office, expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in performance management, business planning, enterprise reporting, or operational effectiveness, gained within a corporate, management consulting, internal consulting, or advisory environment.
  • Proven ability to structure ambiguous problems, synthesize complex data, and translate insights into clear actions for senior stakeholders
  • Experience preparing Executive-level communications.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint with a strong focus on clarity, accuracy, and executive storytelling
