Team Summary
The Value-Added Services (VAS) team in Cambodia, Myanmar, Digital Sales & Regional Sellers is responsible for driving the growth and adoption of Visa’s differentiated solutions beyond core payments. The team partners closely with issuers, acquirers, merchants, fintechs, and ecosystem partners to help clients grow revenues, strengthen security, and accelerate digital transformation.
The VAS team plays a critical role in enabling new use cases, improving client performance, and deepening Visa’s strategic relevance in-market. The team works cross-functionally with country, regional, and global stakeholders to localize solutions, execute go-to-market strategies, and deliver measurable commercial impact across both mature and emerging market segments.

What You’ll Do
- Lead the VAS Strategy in Cambodia and Myanmar: Develop and execute a country‑level VAS growth plan aligned with regional IPVMC priorities and Visa’s broader business pillars.
- Grow VAS Revenue through diversified solutions: Deliver annual VAS targets by driving commercialization of priority solutions such as Visa issuing solutions, Acceptance Platform, and risk & identity tools.
- Drive VAS adoption across new verticals by working closely with the newly established digital sales and regional seller teams across AP, advancing strategic initiatives to support long-term growth and expand the VAS portfolio.
- Activate Market‑Relevant Solutions: Bring to market VAS opportunities informed by local adoption patterns, including omnichannel acceptance, fraud prevention, and digital commerce growth.
- Cross‑Functional Leadership: Collaborate with Issuing, Acceptance, Risk & Identity, Product, VCA, and Marketing teams in both markets and regional hubs to ensure smooth deployment and client success.
- Pipeline & Execution Excellence: Build and manage a strong VAS pipeline, ensuring disciplined execution, client satisfaction, and continuous improvement.
- People Leadership: Lead and develop a high‑performing VAS team. Provide coaching, set clear priorities, build solution expertise, and foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
- Leading, defining and executing the multi-year VAS growth roadmap for Cambodia, Myanmar, Digital Sales and Regional sellers, aligned to regional Asia Pacific/IPVMC priorities
- Launching and scaling priority solutions across issuing, acceptance, and risk — from fraud prevention and identity to digital enablement and merchant solutions
- Partnering with clients to design solution-led use cases that address real business challenges and unlock new revenue streams
- Building and strengthening the local VAS organization, including talent development, capability building, and operating rhythm
- Playing a visible role in Visa country leadership team helping to shape Visa’s positioning as a strategic partner to the payments ecosystem in Cambodia and Myanmar

Basic Qualifications
- Minimum 12+ years’ experience in payments, fintech, digital commerce, merchant acquiring, or related fields with senior‑level responsibility for commercial outcomes
- Strong expertise across digital payments and value‑added services, including acceptance, loyalty, fraud, identity, and data‑driven solutions
- Proven track record in commercialization, client engagement, and delivering revenue growth through solution‑led selling
- Proven track record in commercialization, client engagement, and revenue growth
- Ability to lead and influence in a matrixed, regional environment, engaging senior internal and external stakeholders
- Strategic, commercially minded leader with strong execution discipline in fast‑paced, high‑growth, and complex markets
