About the role
We are looking for a Product Manager to join our Consumer Products team at a global payment scheme, focused on building and evolving Affluent / Premium product offers for issuing banks.
This role sits at the intersection of portfolio strategy, value proposition, and financial performance, working closely with issuers, sales, finance, marketing, operations, and strategic partners to deliver competitive, scalable, and profitable consumer offers.

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD
Preferred Qualifications
6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD
What we’re looking for
Solid experience in Product Management within payments and/or financial services.
Background in a payment scheme, issuing bank, acquirer, or fintech.
Strong analytical mindset with experience in P&L, business cases, and financial decision-making.
Knowledge with Affluent / Premium consumer segments and services.
Ability to operate with autonomy and influence in matrix organizations.
Nice to have
Experience With Premium Benefits (airport Lounges, Concierge, Insurance, Experiences).
Exposure to B2B2C product models.
Knowledge of card metrics such as activation, spend, cross-border, and churn.
Language knowledge required: Fluent English and Spanish are desired.

What you’ll do
Shape the Affluent Consumer Portfolio
- Define and evolve the value proposition of premium consumer products (e.g. Signature, Infinite, Infinite Privilege and other premium variants).
- Build modular, scalable offers that allow issuers to customize while maintaining efficiency.
- Own and drive the portfolio evolution roadmap, aligned with Consumer strategy.
- Be accountable for the financial performance of the offer, including revenues, costs, and margins.
- Develop and maintain P&L and business case models by product, segment, and issuer.
- Evaluate the financial impact of new benefits, rule changes, and service enhancements.
- Work closely with issuing banks to support offer design, evolution, and optimization.
- Translate issuer needs into viable, scalable product solutions.
- Support Sales teams with value storytelling, portfolio rationale, and deal structuring.
- Leverage data, insights, and market benchmarks to identify portfolio opportunities.
- Track post-launch performance and continuously optimize the offer.
- Coordinate launches and updates with Sales, Marketing, and Client Service.
- Ensure clarity and consistency of the offer across internal teams and issuers.
