Job Description
This key position is a member of Visa’s NZPI’s Sales team and dedicated supports an incredible group of clients. The role is responsible for excellence in delivering the program of work associated with key client partnership, and all aspects of the sales operating model, including governance, contract management and performance monitoring and reporting.
The role requires strong commercial, communication and program governance expertise, underpinned by a solid knowledge of financial services and payments. The role will report directly to the Head of Client Engagement, and will work collaboratively across the broader Visa team, including Marketing, Consulting and Analytics, Product, Value Added Services, Client Services, Client Inventive Operations, and more.
The role will also act as a point of liaison between client partners and Visa, with responsibility for the project management of a wide range of multi-client initiatives, ensuring that key milestones are achieved, a consistent engagement model is followed and that issues and risks are identified and monitored.

In This Role You Will
- Lead the execution of operating model (incl. the governance and operations meetings and processes we use to run account) both internally and with the client.
- Manage the tracking and delivery of partnership contract obligations, including responsibility for volume forecasting, incentive calculations and payments.
- Monitor, track and report on business performance scorecard metrics.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to respond to ad-hoc requests (including finance, product, marketing, strategy).
- Develop processes and program templates for responsibilities such as incentive activity plans, project management and tracking, issue resolution, risk management and stakeholder management.
- Manage the documentation and recording of all program activities, and management of reporting.
- Use reporting tools to monitor portfolio activities and regularly brief business leadership on the performance and status of initiatives.
- Assist with the coordination of executive immersion programs and study tours.
- Ensure compliance in accordance with Visa financial controller processes and procedures.
- Ensure team compliance with internal client relationship management processes, procedures and tools.
- Consistently follow Sales Operations practices and participate in the Sales Operations Practice to uplift the client governance frameworks and operations models across AuNZPI.
- Act as back up for Account Executives as and when required to ensure client commitments are met and initiatives are executed.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Finance, or a related discipline.
- 5+ years’ experience in program management, project management, sales operations, business planning, or a related field.
- Experience working in a client‑facing or commercially focused environment.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and coordination skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage governance processes, reporting, and multiple concurrent initiatives.
- High level of attention to detail, with strong organisational and documentation skills.
- Experience in financial services, payments, or a regulated industry.
- Exposure to contract management, performance tracking, or sales operating models.
