  • Develop and execute account plans to grow revenue, deepen strategic partnerships, and increase share of wallet across assigned clients.
  • Identify, structure, negotiate, and close complex commercial opportunities across Consumer Payments, Commercial & Money Movement Solutions, and Value-Added Services.
  • Drive Value-Added Services revenue across advisory and consulting, marketing services, risk, operations, and other strategic solution areas.
  • Own end-to-end deal execution, including commercial structuring, incentive tracking, and management of contractual commitments.
  • Lead cross-functional engagement across Product, Marketing, Client Services, Risk, Legal, Finance, and other teams to deliver strategic initiatives and client solutions effectively.
  • Lead client business reviews and ongoing performance discussions, identifying opportunities, gaps, and actions to accelerate growth.
  • Apply a consultative sales approach to understand client priorities, market context, and business challenges, and tailor Visa’s solutions accordingly.
  • Support clients in achieving their business objectives while maximizing the value of their Visa portfolio.
  • Monitor market trends, client developments, and competitive activity to inform account strategy and uncover new growth opportunities.
  • Build strong relationships with senior external stakeholders and position Visa as a strategic partner of choice in the fintech and digital banking ecosystem.
  • Represent Visa in key client engagements and industry forums, while contributing insight on fintech, digital banking, and emerging payments trends.

Why this is important to Visa

This role is critical to growing Visa’s fintech and digital banking business in Malaysia.
