Job Description
The M&A Technology Integration Engineer is entrusted with providing strategic leadership and oversight for the integration of technology platforms and processes across newly Acquired Entities. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless assimilation of the target company’s applications and services into the broader Visa architecture, delivering operational resiliency and availability, whilst supporting delivering against defined business objectives.

The estimated salary range for this position is $131,600.00 to $ 210,300.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.Visa has a comprehensive benefits package for which this position may be eligible that includes Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), FSA/HSA, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, and Wellness Program.

Varies upon the needs of the department.
Travel Requirements
This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.

This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

The M&A Technology Integration Engineer is entrusted with providing strategic leadership and oversight for the integration of technology platforms and processes across newly Acquired Entities. Key Responsibilities
Strategic Assessment & Scoping
- Comprehensive technical due diligence to evaluate and document the target organization’s technology stack, including infrastructure, networks, applications, data platforms, and other relevant components.
- Identify and articulate integration dependencies, risks, and opportunities, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Support defining the scope of integration, establishing clear milestones, and set measurable success criteria in collaboration with executive stakeholders.
- Help architect and govern the development of a robust integration roadmap, encompassing identity management, network connectivity, cloud and on-premises environments, data migration, and security compliance.
- Oversee the creation and maintenance of comprehensive architecture documentation, including technical specifications, design guidelines, and operational runbooks.
- Help formulate and validate cutover and rollback strategies, ensuring business resilience and continuity.
- Lead cross functional delivery, including, but not limited to, Operations, Cybersecurity, and external partners across both Visa and the Acquired Entity.
- Ensure adherence to agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Champion change management initiatives, ensuring all integration activities comply with enterprise security and reliability standards.
- Monitor progress, proactively address challenges, and report integration status to executive leadership.
- Serve as the liaison between the acquired entity and internal stakeholders, facilitating technical workshops and decision forums.
- Communicate complex technical concepts and integration strategies with clarity and precision to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Conduct all integration activities, stakeholder engagements, and documentation fluently in both Spanish and English, ensuring effective communication across diverse teams and geographies.
- Identify and implement opportunities for automation and process optimization, leveraging advanced technologies, including the use of GenAI to enhance integration efficiency.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, integrating lessons learned into future M&A integration initiatives.

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
- 5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD Preferred Qualifications
- 6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD
- Experience in leading technology integration for mergers and acquisitions or large-scale technology transformation programs.
- Expertise in infrastructure, hybrid cloud architectures, enterprise platforms, and DevOps practices.
- Demonstrated ability to influence Senior leadership through the presentation of future-state architectures and integration strategies.
- Deep analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with a data-driven approach.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Full professional fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
