The Role

This role plays a key part in supporting Visa’s Payments Acceptance (Acquiring) partnership with a leading Australian financial institution. Working closely with senior account leaders, you will help manage day-to-day partnership activities and contribute to the delivery of strategic initiatives.

You will gain exposure to a large-scale, complex payments environment while building core skills in partnership management, commercial governance and cross-functional delivery.

What You’ll Do

  • Support management of the partnership, including coordination of key workstreams and deliverables
  • Prepare materials and insights for governance forums, reporting and stakeholder meetings
  • Track and manage partnership commitments, actions and performance metrics
  • Work with cross-functional teams (product, risk, finance, legal) to progress initiatives and resolve issues
  • Contribute to analysis and reporting to support decision-making and performance discussions
  • Identify risks or issues and proactively drive follow-up to resolution

Qualifications

What You’ll Bring

  • 3–6 years’ experience in payments, acquiring, financial services or a related field
  • Demonstrated understanding of scheme rules, risk and data environments, and commercial governance
  • Strong organisational and project management skills, with attention to detail and comfortable operating autonomously
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to analyse information, structure problems and support delivery of outcomes
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills with a proactive, accountable mindset
