Job Description

Reporting directly to the Lead of Long Tail Acceptance Lead CEMEA, the senior manager will be responsible for the following initiatives areas of responsibility:

  • Help in developing a multi-year strategy for CEMEA Long Tail Acceptance, considering regional nuances (ecosystem, payment methods, local regulations, mix of digital payments, etc.).
  • Collaborate with Global Acceptance Product leaders to deliver Acceptance Products roadmaps on time and under budget.
  • Aligning regional priorities for Long Tail Acceptance with Visa’s Global Acceptance Solutions roadmap.
  • Deliver best-in-class products and services that exceed client expectations.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders (Sales, CS, Risk, VAS) to execute GTM plans of Long Tail Acceptance Solutions.
  • Structure client implementations based on global guidance for seamless rollout of Long Tail Acceptance Solution.
  • Enable Visa and partner sales channels and inform pricing guidelines with market intelligence for Long Tail acceptance solutions
  • Support selling teams in understanding client business and technical needs.
  • Lead pre-sales and oversee implementation and post-launch optimization.

As a Senior Manager you will play a critical role in the rapid implementation and expansion of Long Tail acceptance solution across CEMEA.

This is a hybrid position. Expectations of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.

Qualifications

  • More than 10 years of work experience with a bachelor’s degree or more than 8 years with an Advanced Degree
  • Experience in the payments industry preferably in product management or strategy at an acceptance products and solutions organization
  • Understanding of acceptance landscape and its nuisances including alternative payment rails across CEMEA is added advantage
