Job Description
The EC Escalated Support (LAC Elite Care) team is responsible for providing Level 3 support to Visa clients across the LAC region. In light of the expansion of the operational scope and the addition of new Cybersource Level 3 support products, a consultant is required to ensure the team’s capacity aligns with growing regional demand.
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in the office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD
Preferred Qualifications
6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD
+5 years of work experience with a bachelor’s degree or an Advanced Degree in Information Technology / Telecommunications.
Demonstrated strong technical expertise in IT infrastructure, networking, operating systems, along with solid experience in technical support
Previous experience working in the payment ecosystem with client facing experience in international markets - technical support, client services.
Candidate must be a self-starter and have a disposition to work independently with a commitment to detail in an organized manner
Executive-level written and verbal communication, and customer interaction skills
Strong organization skills including resolution management and follow-up
Strong coordination and problem-solving skills
Must have a full professional proficiency in English. Spanish and Portuguese.
