Job Description
This role will provide administrative, coordination and operational support to Group Country Manager for Central & Eastern Europe Region. You will provide support to manage his diaries and travel arrangements, as well as support some elements of his team’s diaries where needed (eg team meetings). They are a dynamic group and you will be asked to be proactive identify opportunities to add value to their teams and general organization. Given the nature of the work, to be successful, you will be building relationships with different areas and people.

Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications:
An experience as executive/administrative assistant
Experience Working Within An International Company
Experienced in dealing with and working alongside Senior Leadership / Executives
Excellent working knowledge of various Microsoft packages such as PowerPoint, Teams, One Drive, Excel and Word
Excellent Organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal
Confident liaising with internal and external stakeholders/visitors in a warm and professional manner
Proactive and able to effectively priorities
Strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities

- Work closely with the GCM, providing support as required in terms of day to day management of the business.
- Proactively anticipate needs to better manage diary conflicts.
- Provide email and diary management support and organising travel arrangements plus travel reconciliation
- Assist the department through performing administrative duties, acting as a resource to the department with respect to administrative inquiries or problems.
