Job Description
We are seeking a Product Analyst to support the delivery and continuous improvement of Visa’s sales enablement and contracting platforms. In this role, you will partner closely with Product Managers, Product Owners, and Technology Leads to support backlog refinement, feature discovery and analysis, and stakeholder coordination for the Icertis Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform.
This role focuses on analysis, execution support, and delivery enablement, operating under the guidance of senior product leaders. The Product Analyst will help translate business needs into clearly defined requirements that improve sales effectiveness, streamline contract processes, and strengthen compliance across Visa’s global sales organization.
Focus Area
As a Product Analyst supporting the Icertis CLM platform, you will collaborate with business stakeholders and engineering teams to analyze requirements, document workflows, and support the delivery of well-defined product features aligned with Visa’s contracting and sales enablement roadmap.
The role emphasizes execution, coordination, and quality, with opportunities to leverage AI-assisted tools and data insights to improve product clarity and delivery outcomes.

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
2 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD)
Preferred Skills
3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)
2–3 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 2–3 years with an Advanced degree
Experience supporting product management or product owner activities in an Agile environment
Familiarity with enterprise platforms, SaaS products, or workflow-driven systems (CLM experience a plus)
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across business and technology teams
Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills
Experience Translating Business Processes Into Functional Or Technical Requirements
Exposure to Icertis CLM or similar contract management platforms
Hands-on experience using AI-assisted tools for documentation, analysis, or backlog support
Familiarity with Agile practices (Scrum / Kanban) and tools such as Jira
Ability to analyze feature options and highlight trade-offs related to scope, risk, compliance, and effort within established guardrails

Key Responsibilities
Backlog & Feature Delivery Support
- Support the refinement of user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog items by analyzing requirements, clarifying scope, and incorporating guidance from senior Product Managers, Business Stakeholders and Technology Leads
- Assist with backlog grooming activities to ensure work items are clear, well-scoped, and ready for implementation in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation within Jira, Wiki and related product tooling documentation
- Partner with Legal, Sales, Operations, and Technology stakeholders to document and analyze business requirements, process flows, and functional needs
- Help translate business inputs into clear, implementable product requirements while identifying gaps, dependencies, and risks
- Support ongoing stakeholder communication by providing status updates, summaries, and clarifications as needed
- Work closely with engineering, QA, and data teams to support feature development, testing, and release readiness
- Assist with requirement walkthroughs, validation of acceptance criteria, and review of delivered functionality
- Surface issues, risks, or requirement gaps to Product Managers and Technology Leads for resolution
- Leverage AI-assisted tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT) to support requirement refinement, documentation quality, analysis, and delivery efficiency
- Use AI tools to summarize inputs, identify inconsistencies, and accelerate routine product support tasks
- Participate in sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives to support delivery execution
- Support quality by drafting clear acceptance criteria, assisting with validation of delivered features, and escalating gaps or concerns as needed
- Help ensure delivered functionality aligns with documented requirements and expected outcomes
- Build working knowledge of Visa’s contract lifecycle management processes, Icertis platform capabilities, and relevant compliance considerations
- Develop familiarity with Visa’s sales enablement ecosystem, contracting workflows, and governance standards
