Job Description
We’re seeking an Executive Assistant who thrives on adaptability and solutions. Supporting four of our leadership team members, the ideal candidate will be a collaborative team player with exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and impressive administrative and organizational abilities.
What An Executive Assistant At Visa Does
- Provide a high standard of operational and administrative support to four leadership team members
- Closely monitor and manage complex and highly fluid calendars. Manage requests from all levels of business and external partners. Use sound judgement and understand what the key priorities are.
- Oversee logistics for domestic and international travel bookings, event management and global client study tours.
- Expense management and reconciliation.
- Build and maintain effective and cooperative business relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients.
- Coordinate, plan and manage administrative logistics for offsite team-building events, and other employee engagement related activities.
- Prepare documents including agendas, emails, letters, presentations, excel spreadsheets and pre-reading materials.
- Work closely with admin teams across the organization.
- Support team activities to help build culture, such as team meetings, offsites and other client activities.
- Liaise with cross functional teams globally to discover new technologies and create recommendations.
Qualifications
What you will need:
- Advanced administrative and organisational skills to propel leaders and their teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft apps including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, SharePoint, and Teams.
