Cross-Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with Business Development teams across FX Brokers & Platforms, Non-Bank FIs (Fintechs), and Banks to ensure alignment on priorities and coordinated market coverage.
  • Support cross-team initiatives, including shared campaigns, joint account planning, and multi-vertical opportunities.
  • Act as a central point of coordination for analytical requests, campaign insights, and market intelligence across the UK&I BD organisation.

Client & Partner Support

  • Assist with preparation for client meetings, including materials, data packs, value propositions, and use-case narratives.
  • Support responses to inbound opportunities, RFPs, and ad-hoc client queries related to Visa Direct capabilities.
  • Help maintain CRM hygiene, pipeline updates, and documentation of opportunities and client interactions.

Strategic Projects

  • Contribute to strategic initiatives related to Visa Direct growth in the UK&I region, including new use cases, corridor expansion, and partner-led opportunities.
  • Support development of internal business cases, presentations, and performance reviews for senior stakeholders.
