Job Description

This role is part of the KBO and EKQ Product CVP team, which supports Visa to offer a strong consumer value proposition in the market.

The role holder will work closely with the regional and CEMEA Products Leaders as well as other functions including Country management, Marketing, Finance etc. A key deliverable is to ensure a competitive product CVP through internal capabilities and external partnerships, to improve Visa’s market share and top of wallet position.

In specific, the role will support the CVP team to:

  • Manage existing product benefit providers with a view on improving customer proposition and balanced with optimizing return on Visa investment
  • Launch New product - includes expanding coverage of existing products to new markets as well as creating new variants based on regional requirements
  • Explore continuous improvement opportunities in the value proposition including customer benefits, services and overall user experience

Responsibilities

  • Be a problem solver and trusted advisor to the Head of CVP for KBO and EKQ
  • Project manage multiple CVP initiatives including product launches and enhancements and optimizations - covering business case preparation, system set up, pricing, communication etc.
  • Support in KBO and EKQ product strategy development through a combination of consumer research, Visa data analysis, tracking usage of existing benefits
  • Support in budget management including tracking of program performance and sharing forecasts with finance as per budget cycles
  • Develop CVP addressing new and evolving consumer needs and emerging segments.
  • Develop monetized benefit ecosystems, build strong business cases, and deliver measurable revenue impact
  • Co-create differentiated propositions with issuing banks, acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders
  • Develop compelling narratives, sales toolkits, and activation strategies to drive adoption
  • Partner with internal stakeholders such as the CEMEA CVP Hub, Interchange, Pricing, Marketing, Research, Data science, Merchant and Country teams.
  • Work with external partners including existing benefit providers and continuously evaluate new options
  • Support initiatives such as benefits resell, enabling clients to differentiate their proposition in the market
  • Use data, consumer insights, and market trends to continuously refine and enhance propositions

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.

Qualifications

  • 10 to 15 years’ experience in financial and fintech industries
  • Existing experience of working for GCC market and familiarity with local payments ecosystem and regulations
  • Strong track record in Product development / consumer propositions / value-added services / card benefits
  • Expertise in product strategy & go-to-market execution, revenue ownership and commercial structuring, vendor sourcing, negotiation, and partnerships & cross-functional leadership across complex organizations
  • Strong understanding of the clients’ business and how it aligns with Visa’s strategy
  • Project management skills and strong execution capability to deliver against tight deadlines
  • Strategic thinking, strong analytical skills and financial acumen
  • Self-directed and motivated with the ability to operate in a fast paced and constantly changing work environment
  • Digitally curious, follows industry trends and can utilize this exposure to develop Visa’s products, customer experience and digital offerings
  • Solid interpersonal skills, ability to effectively work and collaborate across the organization
