Job Description
Visa Consulting and Analytics (VCA) is the consulting arm of Visa, driving tangible, impactful results for clients. Drawing on our expertise in consulting, data analytics, technology, payments, and economics, VCA solves the most strategic problems for our clients. VCA is currently undergoing an AI transformation — embedding generative AI into how we work, how we deliver, and what we offer. This role is a hands-on contributor to that transformation.
Role Summary
We are looking for a solid GenAI builder — someone who doesn't just use AI tools but can develop with them: build agents, create custom skills, automate workflows, and integrate LLMs into real business processes. This is not a research role and not a "power user" role. We need someone who writes code, ships working solutions, and helps the team move faster in adopting GenAI across our consulting practice.
You will work hands-on alongside consultants and managers, building practical AI-powered tools and automations that make our delivery better, faster, and more scalable. You should be comfortable learning new technologies quickly and working in an environment where things change week to week.
The role will be based in Dubai.
Specific Responsibilities Include
Basic Qualifications:
Qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability or protected veteran status. Visa will also consider for employment qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with EEOC guidelines and applicable local law.

- Prototype new GenAI use cases quickly — test ideas, get feedback, iterate.
- Help maintain and improve existing AI tools and automations as models and frameworks evolve.
- Support consultants in adopting AI tools: build guides, run demos, pair with team members on specific tasks.

- Solid Python skills. Familiarity with JavaScript or TypeScript is a plus.
- Working knowledge of at least some of: LLM APIs, prompt engineering, agent frameworks, vector databases, or RAG patterns.
- Demonstrated ability to learn fast and apply new tools productively with minimal hand-holding.
- High energy, curiosity, and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift.

- Consulting experience (internship or full-time) at a management consulting firm, bank, or fintech.
- Personal projects or GitHub portfolio showing GenAI work (agents, bots, tools, integrations).
- Experience with agentic frameworks (Claude Agent SDK, LangChain/LangGraph, CrewAI, or similar).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and basic DevOps (containers, CI/CD).
- Interest in payments, fintech, or financial services.
