Team Description

Visa Consulting and Analytics (VCA) is the consulting arm of Visa, and drives tangible, impactful results for clients. Drawing on our expertise in consulting, data analytics, technology, payments and economics, VCA solves the most strategic problems for our clients. VCA's core client segments include issuers, acquirers, merchants, fintechs, payment enablers and governments. Within VCA exists VCA Implementation Services (VIS), a hands-on execution partner, implementing, operating, and optimizing Visa products in client environments to accelerate activation, portfolio growth, risk control, and data-driven performance.

The Analyst – VCA Implementation Services (VIS) will support the execution and delivery of VIS services and projects, ensuring work is completed accurately, efficiently, and in alignment with internal standards and client expectations. This role is primarily execution-focused and is not intended to be client-facing in a primary relationship-management capacity. However, the Analyst should be able to recognize potential client needs, identify opportunities for additional support or services, and initiate internal or appropriate early-stage conversations that may lead to future sales opportunities.

This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, operationally strong, and comfortable working across teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute delivery tasks, workflows, and project activities according to established timelines and quality standards.
  • Support the successful completion of client deliverables by preparing, reviewing, and organizing required materials, data, reports, or documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure delivery requirements, deadlines, and expectations are clearly understood and met.
  • Track progress against project plans, milestones, and deliverables, escalating risks or delays as needed.
  • Perform data gathering, analysis, validation, and quality control to support accurate and timely delivery.
  • Maintain organized records, documentation, and status updates related to VIS engagements.
  • Identify process gaps, delivery risks, or opportunities to improve execution efficiency and service quality.
  • Support internal reporting on delivery status, performance metrics, and operational outcomes.
  • Recognize potential client needs, service expansion opportunities, or areas where VIS may provide additional value.
  • Initiate appropriate conversations with internal stakeholders, managers, or business development teams regarding potential sales or expansion opportunities.
  • When appropriate, support early-stage opportunity discussions by providing context, insights, or delivery-related observations.
  • Ensure work is performed in accordance with company standards, confidentiality requirements, and compliance expectations.
  • Participate in internal meetings, project reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
