Within Acceptance Solutions, our Shared Account Management team plays a critical role in delivering scaled client success across a dynamic and growing portfolio.
Role Overview
As an Associate Account Manager within the Shared Account Management team, you will help deliver a consistent, high-quality client experience across a pooled portfolio—supporting clients at key moments that matter most to their growth and success. You will serve as a trusted point of contact—balancing responsiveness, problem-solving, and commercial awareness to support client success at scale.
This is a fast-paced, highly collaborative role where you will partner across the organization to resolve client needs, improve client outcomes, and identify opportunities to drive activation, retention, and revenue growth.

Basic Qualifications:
The estimated salary range for this position is $99,100.00 to $ 138,800.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.Visa has a comprehensive benefits package for which this position may be eligible that includes Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), FSA/HSA, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, and Wellness Program.
Work Hours
Varies upon the needs of the department.
Travel Requirements
This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.
Mental/Physical Requirements
This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a best-in-class client experience: Manage a high volume of inbound client inquiries (email, phone, Microsoft Dynamics cases), ensuring timely, accurate, and professional responses that reinforce Visa’s commitment to service excellence.
- Serve as a trusted client advocate: Act as a primary point of contact and escalation resource—owning issue resolution end-to-end and ensuring clients feel supported throughout their journey.
- Collaborate to solve complex challenges: Work cross-functionally with teams including Sales, Billing, Implementations, Technical Support, Risk Operations, and Sales Operations to deliver integrated solutions for clients.
- Drive portfolio performance: Partner with Specialized Sellers to identify opportunities that support client activation, retention, and growth, contributing to overall portfolio revenue objectives.
- Enable efficient, scalable support: Navigate a dynamic, high-volume environment by effectively triaging client needs and connecting them to the right resources, tools, and expertise.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum of 6 months of work experience or a Bachelor's Degree
- 2 or more years of work experience
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask effectively
- Customer-centric mindset with the ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and empathy
- Familiarity with the payments ecosystem (e.g., issuing, acquiring, eCommerce, Card Present/Not Present, ACH)
- Experience with tools such as Tableau, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms
- Understanding of referral or reseller partner models
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently across channels
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
