Job Description

What it's all about -

The Product Owner is accountable for the end-to-end ownership of a defined product stream within the Agile Product Delivery model, including vision, roadmap, and delivery.

This role focuses on Travel & Cross-Border Data Products, with the objective of creating scalable, commercially viable data products that enable clients to capture cross-border spend, optimize travel-related use cases, and unlock growth opportunities across key verticals.

Key Responsibilities

Product Ownership & Strategy

• Own product vision and roadmap for Travel & Cross-Border data products
• Prioritise backlog based on commercial impact, scalability and client demand
• Translate market opportunities into product features and use cases
  
  

Delivery & Agile Execution

• Define and manage backlog, user stories, and sprint
• Drive agile delivery through cross-functional squads
• Ensure continuous iteration and improvement of products
  
  

Commercialisation & Value Realisation

• Design scalable products ready for multi-market deployment
• Partner with GTM and Sales to define product packaging and client value proposition
• Track adoption, revenue impact and pipeline contribution
  
  

Stakeholder Management

• Act as the central coordination point across:
• Product teams
• Cluster teams
• External stakeholders and clients
• Ensure alignment on priorities and expectations
  

Integration with COEs & Standards

• Leverage central data assets, AI capabilities and global solutions
• Ensure consistency with enterprise data standards and governance
• Collaborate with global teams on reuse and scalability
  
  

Specific Focus — Travel & Cross-Border Data Products

• Development of products leveraging cross-border transaction data
• Travel data monetization (tourism flows, traveller segmentation, spend insights)
• Enabling use cases for:
• Tourism boards and travel partners
• Issuers and acquirers targeting international spend
• Scaling existing solutions into repeatable, productised offerings
  

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in the office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.

Qualifications

What we'd like from you -

• Proven relevant work experience
• Proven experience in product management, in data / analytics / payments
• Understanding of cross-border transactions, travel industry or related domains
• Strong commercial mindset and ability to translate insights into products
• Experience working in Agile environments
