Job Description
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and execute account plans that drive product adoption and sustainable revenue growth.
- Align client needs with our broader product offering, identifying opportunities to deepen engagement.
- Own the post‑sale relationship, working closely with onboarding, support, product, and operations teams.
- Lead client reviews, QBRs, and product training to track performance and support long‑term success.
- Identify and deliver cross‑sell and upsell opportunities across payments, FX, and card solutions.
- Act as the primary point of escalation, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently and transparently.
Qualifications
- Relevant experience in sales or account management within financial services.
- Commercial mindset with an understanding of revenue growth and client value.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build and maintain trusted relationships.
- Knowledge of FX, payments, and card products (deeper expertise is beneficial but not essential).
