The Senior Consultant, Portfolio & Program Management is a key operations leader within the Client Services Learning & Development (CSL&D) team, responsible for building and running a high-performing, scalable portfolio management system that enables efficient delivery of learning and development initiatives across Client Services.

Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end portfolio governance, including intake, prioritization, roadmap management, and quarterly business reviews (QBRs), ensuring strong alignment to business priorities, operational rigor, and transparency for stakeholders.
- Modernize how work is executed by embedding AI, automation, and agent-based workflows into portfolio operations. The Senior Consultant will identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve decision-making, and scale delivery through AI-enabled solutions that reduce manual effort and increase speed, consistency, and insights.
- Partner closely with Learning Partners, Learning Experience Design (LXD), HR, and cross-functional stakeholders to drive execution excellence across a complex, global portfolio.
- Own the operational delivery and performance of the Client Services learning and development portfolio.
- Drive transparency through structured reporting, dashboards, and executive-ready insights.
- Monitor portfolio health including milestones, risks, budgets, and resources.
- Leverage AI, automation, and agent-based workflows to redesign core processes, deploy data-driven insights and forecasting, and continuously integrate emerging capabilities to improve execution, scalability, and operational efficiency.
- Partner across teams to coordinate delivery and resolve dependencies while managing third-party vendors and contingent resources to ensure effective execution.
- Identify and drive improvements to speed, scalability, and quality by enabling adoption of new tools and AI-powered workflows while ensuring compliance with policies and standards.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- 7–9 years of experience in program or portfolio management, with a proven track record of managing complex portfolios and leading governance processes such as intake, prioritization, and roadmap management.
- Demonstrated experience overseeing third-party vendors and contingent resources, with strong proficiency in portfolio management and reporting tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Jira, Asana, Tableau, Power BI).
- Proven ability to partner with and influence business stakeholders through strong business acumen, supported by excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Experience leveraging AI, automation, or digital workflows to improve operations, including familiarity with copilots and agent-based tools.
- Demonstrated ability to redesign processes to increase efficiency and scalability, with experience working in transformation-driven or evolving environments.
- Strong execution discipline, portfolio management skills, and financial acumen
