Job Description

As a Senior Engineer in the Rapid Deployment team, you will be a strong hands‑on contributor building and supporting the systems that enable fast, reliable deployment of ARIC across customer environments.

The Rapid Deployment Team Builds And Owns The Tooling, Automation And Technical Standards That Dramatically Reduce Deployment Time And Operational Risk, Allowing Customers To Adopt And Upgrade ARIC With Confidence Across

• Public cloud environments
• Customer‑managed datacentres
• Hybrid and security‑constrained environments
  
  

This role focuses on high‑quality implementation, automation and operational robustness, contributing to solving real deployment challenges across a variety of environments.

How You’ll Work

• You will work under the guidance of Staff and Senior Staff Engineers.
• You will collaborate with Core Engineering, SRE and Security teams.
• You will contribute actively through coding, debugging and implementation.
  
  

Key Responsibilities

Hands‑On Engineering

• Implement deployment and installer tooling.
• Build automation for deployment and upgrades.
• Write maintainable code and scripts.
• Debug issues across Linux and deployment environments.
  
  

Operational Support

• Support reliable deployment and upgrade processes.
• Improve logging, monitoring and diagnostics.
• Contribute to documentation and runbooks.
  
  

Quality & Collaboration

• Participate in design discussions and code reviews.
• Work with other teams to improve deployability.
• Support and mentor Engineers where appropriate.
  
  

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in the office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.

Visa requires at least 3 days in office, expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in software or platform engineering.
• Good Linux systems knowledge.
• Experience with scripting or automation.
• Cloud fundamentals (AWS preferred).
• Programming experience (Python or similar).
• CI/CD and Git experience.
• Nice to Haves
• On‑prem or hybrid environment experience.
• Docker / Kubernetes exposure.
• Networking fundamentals.
• Experience with third‑party datastores such as ELK / OpenSearch, MongoDB, PostgreSQL or ClickHouse.
