As a Manager, Operations – Card Benefits, you’ll help run the day‑to‑day operations of Visa’s card benefits program across Asia Pacific. You’ll focus on making sure processes run smoothly, issues are resolved quickly, and stakeholders have the information they need. The role is hands‑on and well suited to someone who enjoys detail, structure and keeping things moving.

Job Summary
As a Manager, Operations – Card Benefits, you’ll help run the day‑to‑day operations of Visa’s card benefits program across Asia Pacific. You’ll focus on making sure processes run smoothly, issues are resolved quickly, and stakeholders have the information they need. The role is hands‑on and well suited to someone who enjoys detail, structure and keeping things moving.
The Core Responsibilities Of The Role Include
- Accountable in setup and ongoing delivery of card benefits for issuers and markets, following agreed processes and controls.
- Manage day‑to‑day interactions with vendors, including drafting contracts raising and tracking POs, monitoring usage, and helping with renewals and top‑ups.
- Prepare regular reports and dashboards on benefits usage, costs and performance, ensuring data is accurate and delivered on time.
- Engaged in client billing operations, including the preparation of invoices, performing reconciliations, and monitoring revenue and expense transactions.
- Serve as the primary contact for market teams on operational matters, resolving moderate issues and escalating to the Senior Manager when necessary.
- Work with sourcing, finance and legal to progress standard documentation and ensure compliance with internal requirements.
- Maintain process documents, trackers and playbooks so that activities are clear, repeatable and easy to scale.
- Identify operational issues or inefficiencies and propose practical improvements to simplify how we work.
- Provide support on ad hoc Implementation Services projects as the team expands its offerings across the region.
- Project managers with client experience and cards knowledge
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- Experience in an operations, project coordination or PMO‑style role, ideally in financial services or a similar corporate environment.
- Strong attention to detail and comfort working with numbers, spreadsheets and reports.
- Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Finance operations (processing invoices, generating reportings)
- Confidence using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and other common business tools.
- Clear, concise communication skills and a collaborative working style.
- Ability to follow structured processes while also suggesting improvements when something can be done better.
- Min 8 years of professional relevant experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience working with vendors or external partners.
- Exposure to card products, loyalty programs or customer benefits.
- Experience working in a regional, matrixed organisation.
