Responsibilities

Job Description

• Design, develop, and implement scalable enterprise solutions for Oracle EBS R12 and Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP
• Analyze business requirements, identify risks, and collaborate with product, architecture, and business teams to deliver efficient and innovative solutions
• Develop, customize, and configure Oracle EBS ERP applications, including modules, setups, and business process configurations
• Develop ERP components including extensions, reports, workflows, APIs, integrations, and data conversion processes
• Design and execute unit test cases to ensure code quality and functional accuracy
• Perform component-level validation and support integration, regression, and UAT cycles in collaboration with QA teams
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery, deployment readiness, and effective knowledge transfer
• Create comprehensive technical documentation covering design, integration, scalability, performance, and security
• Identify and implement automation opportunities to improve efficiency through reusable frameworks and integrations
• Evaluate tools, technologies, and solution approaches for scalability, performance, and security alignment
• Design and implement GenAI use cases within Oracle ERP to enhance developer productivity, automate business processes, and enable intelligent reporting
• Utilize GenAI tools to build solutions within the Finance Technology domain
• Ensure all solutions, including AI-enabled capabilities, align with enterprise security, compliance, and governance standards
• Present technical solutions, prototypes, and proof-of-concepts to stakeholders and leadership
• Follow SDLC best practices and maintain high standards for code quality, performance, and maintainability
• Provide technical guidance, perform code reviews, and promote knowledge sharing across the team
• Continuously enhance skills through training, hands-on development, and adoption of new technologies
  
  

Visa requires at least 3 days in office every week, expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.

Qualifications

Basic Qualification:

• 3+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 2+ years with an Advanced degree (e.g., Masters, MBA)
• Strong hands-on experience in Oracle EBS R12 development and configuration, with working knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP
• Proficiency in Oracle ERP tools such as PL/SQL, BI Publisher, OTBI, Oracle Reports, Oracle Forms, and Oracle Workflow
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, integrations, extensions, and data conversions (FBDI, ADFdi)
• Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases (Oracle, MS SQL Server, or MySQL)
• Experience with data formats such as JSON and XML
• Understanding of enterprise application architecture (web, database, middleware layers)
• Knowledge of enterprise integrations, interface design, and testing concepts
• Familiarity with frameworks such as Spring, Node.js, or Angular
• Experience with analytics tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Excel
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with global teams and stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Oracle ERP or Cloud certifications preferred
  
  

Preferred Qualification

• 5+ years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years with an Advanced degree
• Experience delivering solutions across Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, or related enterprise domains
• Strong understanding of Generative AI (GenAI) concepts such as LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI-assisted development
• Experience designing or implementing AI/automation use cases within Oracle ERP or enterprise applications
• Exposure to Oracle AI capabilities such as Oracle Digital Assistant, OCI AI Services, and intelligent automation
• Experience developing GenAI applications using platforms such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, or similar LLM services
• Hands-on experience with prompt engineering, embeddings, retrieval patterns (RAG), and AI application evaluation
• Experience with AI frameworks/tools such as LangChain, AutoGen, NLP frameworks, vector databases, and orchestration tools
• Experience working in Agile development environments
• Experience with programming languages such as Java or Python
• Data modeling and process flow design experience
• Familiarity with tools such as SQL Developer, TOAD, MS Project, or Visio
