Job Description
Visa’s Products team is committed to shaping the future of payments in Central America and the Caribbean (CARCAM). We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sr. Manager to lead the execution of Visa’s Affluent product strategy across CARCAM. This role is responsible for driving the growth, optimization, and innovation of our Affluent consumer products portfolio—including premium credit, debit, and lifestyle offerings—across select CARCAM markets. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Affluent segment, a proven ability to develop and execute go-to-market strategies, and a track record of building strong relationships with financial institutions and ecosystem partners.
Principal Responsibilities
Lead the execution of Visa’s Affluent product strategy, ensuring alignment with regional business objectives and revenue targets.
Manage the Affluent product portfolio in-market, including P&L responsibility, product performance tracking, and optimization of value propositions tailored to high-net-worth and affluent segments.
Collaborate closely with issuer banks, fintechs, and non-traditional partners to understand the evolving needs of Affluent consumers and deliver differentiated product and benefit solutions.
Identify and prioritize new business opportunities and innovative use cases that address the unique preferences and lifestyles of Affluent clients, leveraging Visa’s global assets and partnerships.
Drive the conceptualization, development, and launch of new Affluent products, features, and benefits, including digital-first experiences, rewards, concierge services, travel, and lifestyle privileges.
Work with internal Product, Marketing, Sales, and Client Services teams to ensure seamless go-to-market execution and optimize client engagement across channels.
Support the delivery of thought leadership, market intelligence, and best practices on Affluent trends to clients and internal stakeholders.
Foster strong external relationships with strategic partners, solution providers, and industry influencers to enhance Visa’s Affluent product ecosystem in CARCAM.

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in product management, business development, or marketing within the financial services or luxury/lifestyle segments.
• Demonstrated expertise in the Affluent consumer segment, with a strong understanding of their needs, behaviors, and expectations.
• Proven track record in developing and executing successful product strategies for premium segments.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
• Fluency in English and Spanish required.
• Ability to travel within the CARCAM region as needed.
