Job Description
As part of the Client Marketing team, we are seeking a Senior Manager to lead the implementation of key strategic marketing projects for Visa do Brasil. The successful candidate will drive the marketing agenda with major partners, focusing on delivering best-in-class strategies and execution. This role requires close collaboration with the Client Marketing team as well as cross-functional teams such as Sales, Consulting & Analytics, Finance, Loyalty, and key clients.
The Senior Manager will be responsible for developing, executing, and overseeing client marketing strategies and plans, ensuring the successful implementation of initiatives that build long-term partnerships and strengthen both Visa’s and our client’s brands in the market. This leader will manage multiple stakeholders, oversee agency relationships, and ensure the effective use of Visa’s assets.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong results orientation, and proven leadership experience. The Senior Manager must demonstrate the ability to quickly understand the steps required for flawless execution and drive teams toward successful project delivery. This position reports to the Director of Client Marketing, Brazil.
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
-8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD
Preferred Qualifications
-Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience in a marketing team (agency or client side), ideally within Financial Services, Technology, or FinTech sectors.
Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
-Proven expertise in marketing strategy and project management, with demonstrated stakeholder management skills.
-Strong analytical skills with experience tracking KPIs and measuring ROI and other performance tools.
-Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
-Proactive problem-solving and collaboration skills, with the ability to challenge and improve existing processes constructively.
-Demonstrated commitment to inclusion, with experience developing solutions that address diverse audiences.
-Up to date with the latest digital trends, research, and marketing best practices.
-Result-oriented professional, able to work effectively in a matrixed, fast-paced decision-making environment.
