Job Description

We are seeking a high-performing Creative Specialist to join our Talent Experience & Enablement team. This role involves creating engaging visual content for our internal talent and development programs and digital channels. The ideal candidate will excel in graphic design ensuring a consistent and creative strategy across all platforms.

Qualifications

Graphic Design:
• Design visually appealing graphics for digital and print media, including internal communications, PowerPoint decks, website and email banners, educational materials and templates.
• Develop and maintain brand identity materials, such as logos, style guides, and marketing collateral.
• Support the department with creative assets for various learning programs and initiatives.
Collaboration and Communication:
• Work closely with the department team to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with team members and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Media Production, Communications, or a related field or 4+ years of professional experience.
• Proven experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative work.
• Expert in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Familiar with Microsoft Office software

• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and visual composition.
• Excellent storytelling skills and the ability to convey complex ideas through visual media.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Illustration and drawing skills
• Familiarity with Premiere and After Effects is a plus
• Familiarity with motion graphic design and video editing is a plus
• Knowledge of internal marketing trends and strategies.
