Job Description

Overview
The role serves as an internal consultant to People leadership Business leaders People Business Partners Finance Business Partners and other key stakeholders This role is centered on workforce analytics insights aiding business leaders to articulate strategic objectives and develop actionable workforce plans and metrics to guide workforce decisions

Workforce Planning

  • Deliver headcount analytics forecasting and budgeting in line with planning cycles AOP quarterly forecasts variance analysis
  • Maintain and enhance WFP dashboards Power BI and reporting tools to provide actionable insights for leadership
  • Manage WFP governance processes ensuring compliance with global policies and maintaining high data accuracy
  • Support organization design and location strategy governance initiatives

Analytics Insights

  • Maintain data integrity through consolidation cleanup and validation of workforce data
  • Extract and analyze workforce data Workday Talent Management Confidential Employee Reports to meet regular and ad hoc reporting needs across the region
  • Produce recurring reports on key people metrics attrition diversity hubtomarket etc and conduct trend analysis to support PBPs and business leaders
  • Build templates and trackers to monitor staffing progress factoring in workforce planning data and projected exits

Process Optimization Automation

  • Identify opportunities for process improvement in WFP and related workflows
  • Leverage AI tools and automation platforms eg Power Automate Power Query streamline reporting and analytics processes

Project Management Strategic Support

  • Conduct capacity modelling and benchmarking to identify organizational sizing gaps and ensure optimal workforce balance
  • Support the implementation of a competency framework to assess and address skill gaps across the organization
  • Contribute to strategic projects such as location strategy region mapping reorgs talent attraction early careers programs and Sales 20 mapping structures

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications
5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD

Preferred Qualifications
6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD

Education Bachelors degree in human resources Business Administration Finance or a related field
Experience 3–5 years proven experience in workforce planning people analytics strategic insights or financial planning within a multinationalmatrixed organization
Stakeholder engagement Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels and across multiple functions
Problemsolving Strong ability to investigate issues identify solutions and resolve challenges collaboratively with partners
Technical expertise
Advanced Excel pivot tables macros complex formulas
Power BI for dashboard creation data visualization and reporting
Familiarity with AI and automation tools eg Power Automate Power Query for process optimization
Proficiency in PowerPoint for executiveready presentations
Experience with Workday knowledge of Tableau and SQL is a plus
Analytical skills High numerical literacy with strong data manipulation statistical forecasting and trend analysis capabilities
Organizational skills Ability to manage projects multitask and prioritize effectively under tight deadlines
Communication skills Excellent written verbal and presentation skills able to translate complex data into clear actionable insights
Process improvement Experience working with HR functions to enhance processes and systems
