Job Description

Team Summary

The AP VAS Issuing Solutions Team is a core component of Asia Pacific’s Value-Added Services (VS organization. This team oversees the product strategy, commercialization, and delivery of key issuing solutions, including Loyalty, Pismo, Network Products, Digital Solutions, and Data Products. Collaborating closely with global and regional market teams, the team drives innovation and execution across the product lifecycle.

The AP Data Products Team plays a pivotal role in commercializing Visa’s data as a value-added service. It empowers clients with fast, actionable payment insights and industry benchmarks across key areas such as portfolio management, fraud monitoring, digital performance, and operations—driving smarter decisions and measurable impact across the region.

What a Product Analyst, Data Products (VAS) does at Visa:

As a Product Analyst, Data Products (VAS), you will play a key role in driving the commercialization of the Visa Analytics Platform (VAP) across Asia Pacific. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders and external clients to support sales efforts and enhance product adoption. Through collaboration, you will also lead the ongoing refinement of existing processes—identifying inefficiencies, implementing improvements, and aligning cross-functional workflows to enhance scalability, speed, and client satisfaction. This role is ideal for a self-driven and highly motivated individual looking to deepen their expertise in data-driven solutions and a passion for solving clients’ business problems.

1. Sales Enablement

  • Deliver on revenue targets for VAP across AP by actively supporting in-market teams with client pitches, product demonstrations, and deal structuring
  • Act as a strategic partner to local sales teams, ensuring alignment with regional goals and client needs
  • Develop and execute a value-based sales strategy centered on high-impact use cases on VAP
  • Oversee post-sales activities including client onboarding, contract finalization, and billing coordination to ensure seamless client experience and timely revenue recognition
  • Collaborate with Global and other relevant cross-functional stakeholders (Legal, Client Services, Pricing) to support the growth of VAP as a product

2. Business Management

  • Track OKRs, revenue and non-revenue KPIs including revenue outlook ensuring optimal pipeline management and tracking to target
  • Analyze sales performance and areas of opportunity to drive deep and actionable insights for AP Regional and Market Teams
  • Translate data into strategic recommendations that drive commercial and operational impact
  • Produce and distribute monthly performance reports to key stakeholders, enabling transparent progress tracking and informed decision-making

Qualifications

What you will need:

  • Minimum 5 years of work experience, preferably with payments and/or st
  • A self- driven and highly motivated individual looking for first-class career building opportunity
  • A proven track-record of achievement who thrives on being accountable for their own success
  • Strategic thinker and solution-oriented, with the ability to explain product features & complex concepts to clients clearly
  • A results-oriented individual, capable of managing multiple workstreams simultaneously
  • Aptitude to source relevant information and facilitate timely decisions with tolerance for ambiguity
  • Ability to be proactive and adaptable, to prioritize and achieve goals with minimal management oversight
  • Excellent presentation skills, including strong oral and writing capabilities
