Job Description
Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business client´s goals.
Lead client marketing campaigns, ensuring effective execution and measurable outcomes.
Manage relationships with external partners, including creative, media, digital, and Work closely with Sales to develop client engagement plans for specific clients funded by client incentive budgets, generating revenue and markup to Visa through incentive´s usage to marketing initiatives.
Depth understanding and analysis of payments industry, regulation, consumer trends and competition.
Identify client’s actionable consumer insights and opportunities via research and/or analytics programs.
Participate in client facing presentations as required.
Lead global, regional or local implementation of functional core marketing initiatives like development of brand standards, guidelines, policies, practices, procedures, country’s marketing plans into the clients.
Reimagine the use of Visa’s key sponsorship assets, local and global ones working side by side with banks and retailers.
Define Social and digital opportunities with top clients, bringing Visa’s knowledge and expertise to top clients.
Frame and conduct analyses and research needed to support annual strategic plan and/or marketing plans development.
Manage client marketing budget including tracking and reporting and marketing program performance
Work closely with the Marketing hub team on brand and initiative direction and business measurement and financial tracking
Inspire, coordinate, and motivate local agency partners to deliver best in class marketing programs
Deliver best marketing practices and contribute to a “Go Beyond” marketing team. Requirements
7 or more years of experience in brand and trade marketing, preferably in multinational companies or financial institutions.
Strong commercial and sales skills, with a clear focus on achieving targets.
High tolerance for frustration and ability to work within structured processes and procedures.
Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
Strong analytical skills to interpret financial and marketing data.
Experience in budget management and strategic planning.

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD
Preferred Qualifications
6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD
University degree in commercial engineering, finance, or proven experience in marketing, written and spoken English, knowledge of digital marketing, ideally know-how in sponsorship management
