Job Description
Visa’s Risk and Identity Solutions (RaIS) group delivers advanced fraud detection and prevention solutions, ensuring seamless, secure payment experiences. The Predictive Fraud Intelligence (PFI) team develops core AI/ML products within the Visa Protect suite, empowering clients to detect and prevent fraud throughout the payment lifecycle.
As fraud vectors have rapidly evolved, PFI has significantly expanded its product portfolio and reimagined its approach to building, deploying, and monitoring real-time, low-latency AI models. We seek a seasoned AI product Manager to drive platform capabilities and tooling, accelerating model development and supporting diverse client needs.
We are looking for Product Analysts who thrive at the intersection of data, product, and business. As a key member of the analytics function, you will partner with Product Managers, Engineers, and Business Teams to uncover insights that shape product strategy, enhance customer experience, and drive measurable business outcomes.
You will be hands-on with data — writing complex SQL queries, building BI dashboards, and automating reporting pipelines. You’ll analyze product performance, user behavior, and operational trends to identify opportunities for growth and efficiency. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical thinking with curiosity, attention to detail, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights that influence decision-making.
Responsibilities -
Business & Product Analysis
Partner with Product Managers and business stakeholders to define key metrics, measure performance, and identify areas of improvement.
Conduct deep-dive analyses on user behavior, product features, and business funnels to uncover growth opportunities or process inefficiencies.
Data Exploration & Insight Generation
Write complex SQL queries and scripts to extract, clean, and transform large datasets from multiple sources.
Analyze trends and provide actionable recommendations backed by data.
Conduct exploratory analysis to identify product and business opportunities.
BI Solutions & Automation
Build, maintain, and improve BI dashboards and reporting solutions (e.g., in Tableau, Power BI, or Looker) to support product and business teams.
Automate recurring data workflows, reducing manual reporting and improving reliability.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and trust in reporting across stakeholders.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with data engineering teams to improve data accessibility and pipeline reliability.
Collaborate with business and operations teams to translate insights into action plans.
Communication and Storytelling
Present analyses in a clear, compelling manner that influences product and business decisions.
Educate business stakeholders on metrics, analytical methods, and data interpretation to foster data literacy.
Serve as a thought partner to the product team, helping them shape hypotheses and validate outcomes through data.
What Success Looks Like
You proactively uncover insights that shape product strategy and improve customer outcomes.
You deliver scalable dashboards and automated reports that enable faster decision-making.
You help product and business teams become more data-driven and self-sufficient.
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
