Job Description
Visa Consulting & Analytics (VCA) Australia, New Zealand, and Pacific Islands (AUNZPI) is Visa's advisory division, working with Visa's clients (including card issuers, acquirers, and merchants) on a broad range of key business initiatives including strategy, proposition development, loyalty, operational optimisation, customer engagement, and overall business profitability.
VCA consists of Consulting, Data Science, and Implementation Services, all supported by Business Planning and Operations team. This position supports the VCA team by managing business processes, providing executive assistance to the Vice President, Head of VCA, supporting team ad hoc requests. This role reports to the Director of Business Planning and Operations.
Key duties:
Manage VCA Purchase Orders and contingent workers receiving, to allow for accurate and timely professional fee payments
Processing cash invoices in a timely manner
Enhance business capabilities by analysing processes, identifying issues, developing, and testing solutions, measuring success, providing training, and documenting practices for future reference.
Provide executive-level administrative support to the Head of Visa Consulting & Analytics, including scheduling, communication, management, and coordination for VCA team events held throughout the year.
Collaborate across the VCA business support to the wider VCA team e.g., client events, planning and managing executive visits and agendas

Qualifications
What you will need:
• Over 3 years’ experience in business support or operations within fast-paced industries such as banking or consulting, demonstrating a strong record in process improvement.
• Detail-oriented and organised, adept at handling urgent tasks and navigating ambiguity.
• Skilled in AI tools and highly proficient with Microsoft Teams, Dynamics, SharePoint, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• Possess exceptional communication skills and exercise discretion with confidential information.
• Strong financial acumen
