Job Description

The position of Analyst in Risk, Security and Identity Management (focused on sales and analysis) is part of the specialised Value-Added Services sales function for Issuers, with an initial focus on selling services related to risk and fraud management in the Caribbean and the English-speaking Caribbean region. The role also involves preparing business cases, calculating ROI, and producing financial estimates to justify investment for clients in support of their management teams.

Key Responsibilities

· Demonstrate a deep understanding of the payments ecosystem, particularly the needs of issuers.

· Develop and prepare sales presentations and materials as required by management.

· Actively seek, qualify, negotiate, and close opportunities within the assigned territory.

· Identify high-potential clients to target and establish relationships with key decision-makers within these organizations.

· Develop and execute contracts, monitor sales progress, and ensure that projects are delivered.

· Prepare business cases and demonstrate strong financial analysis expertise to support sales to clients, including ROI projections for the sales team.

· Control and manage the sales pipeline, budget, and planning.

Essential Functions

· Responsible for driving and achieving RaIS sales and revenue objectives in collaboration with their manager. Over time, this may include other Value-Added Services for Issuers, through cooperation with executives and account managers by acquiring new clients or cross-selling to existing clients.

· The main focus of this position is preparing business cases, financial projections, and scenario analysis for the sales team. A high level of analytical and numerical ability is required to create simulations and various financial models that support sales opportunities.

· The role also involves retaining and growing the current client base in collaboration with product teams in the market. Responsibilities include preparing proposals, analysis, business cases, presentations, and other sales materials that highlight the technical capabilities and advantages of our solutions.

· The position requires interaction with internal cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Product Development, Customer Support, and Product Marketing, to provide market information and feedback that assists in designing new solutions.

· Support for requests from their line manager and regional directors as required.

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications
• 5+ years of relevant work experience with a Master's degree or at least 3 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g.).

Preferred Qualifications
· Proven track record of success in technology sales or related roles, with fluency in both Spanish and English.
· Extensive knowledge and broad experience in financial services and business case preparation (mandatory).
· Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles and negotiate major deals with strategic clients.
· Proficient in CRM software.
· Exceptional skills in preparing sales presentations featuring advanced analysis and return on investment calculations.
· Strong team player, able to effectively collaborate and support manager requests.
· Outstanding technical expertise and the ability to understand sophisticated technological solutions and business matters.
· Natural aptitude for grasping and clearly explaining complex concepts in a concise manner.
· Excellent analytical skills, business case development, and problem-solving abilities, with a strong emphasis on senior-level sales analysis.
· Multicultural sensitivity and interpersonal relationship management skills, including the ability to work effectively with teams across Central America, the Caribbean, the English-speaking Caribbean, and the United States.
· Advanced proficiency in Office, especially Excel.
· Complete command of spoken and written English, as sales activities are conducted in the English-speaking Caribbean.
