Job Description
Position Summary
This position directly strengthens Visas value proposition with clients by ensuring that every marketing dollar is measured, benchmarked, and optimized. The Senior Manager will define how the region evaluates campaign performance and will help make Visa the undisputed authority for marketing ROI intelligence.
Principal Responsibilities
Lead End toEnd Campaign Measurement
Own the full campaign measurement framework: baselining, cohorting, causal modelling, ROI computation, insights.
Use Visa transaction data, client CRM data, and external market data to quantify campaign uplift.
Apply advanced causal inference techniques AB testing, propensity modelling, synthetic twins, diff in diff.
Standardize KPIs and ensure methodology consistency across markets.
Build and Run the Campaign Intelligence Hub
Act as the regional lead for campaign measurement across CEMEA.
Own the intake, measurement SLA, governance, and operating rhythms with sub regional teams.
Define and publish quarterly Campaign ROI Index and Best Practices Playbook.
Deliver Insights and Recommendations to Clients
Translate modelling results into simple, actionable narratives for banks, merchants, and fintech partners.
Partner with sub regional teams to support client readouts, QBRs, and co-design next best campaign strategies.
Produce high quality Visa-branded insight reports, dashboards, and visualizations.
Integrate Gen AI and Advanced Analytics
Use GPT based models to automate insight generation, summarization, and recommendation creation.
Develop reusable templates, prompts, and AI based inference engines for campaign analysis.
Partner with Visas global AI teams to embed GenAI into reporting workflows and internal tools.
Drive Innovation and Benchmarking
Build a regional repository of campaign learnings, category level performance, and cross market benchmarks.
Identify repeatable success patterns and design modular campaign playbooks for issuers and merchants.
Contribute to the roadmap for predictive Campaign Success Scores.
Monetization Support
Support the development of monetizable offerings including:
Campaign measurement subscription
Consumer Signals bundles
Performance-based pricing models
Help quantify and articulate commercial value to clients.
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
Qualifications
7 plus years in data science, marketing analytics, campaign measurement, or performance marketing.
Good understanding of the data driven marketing domains
Masters, Bachelors Degree in a Quantitative field such as Business Management, product engineering, Statistics, Mathematic, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, or equivalent
Strong hands on experience in Python or R, Causal inference techniques, Statistical modelling, Segmentation, AB experimentation
Experience working with Largescale transaction data, customer level CRM datasets and Marketing attribution or ROI models
Familiarity with LLMs (GPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok, etc.)
Experience building Insight generation bots, Prompt frameworks, Automated reporting scripts, Embedding or vector based retrieval, Ability to design GenAI powered analytics assistants for internal users.
Exceptional communication, storytelling, and executive presentation skills
Ability to work with sub regional Visa teams and external clients with clarity and confidence.
Experience mentoring analysts and managing cross functional workstreams.
