Job Description
The Global Pricing Strategy team at Visa is responsible for managing pricing with the objective of driving revenue growth of Visa’s network and adoption of value-added services globally. Pricing is a critical lever in driving these objectives and is central to Visa’s business. The Global Pricing Strategy team provides pricing expertise and collaborates with cross-functional teams and product owners to develop go-to-market strategies, client deal strategies, and multi-year financial planning. We are a small but impactful team which works with leaders and executives globally to design pricing solutions and drive revenue growth.
The candidate will support workstreams related to Visa Inc.’s pricing strategy with the focus on end-to-end US debit deal execution. You will be required to apply strong analytical and critical thinking skills as well as quickly arrive at recommendations for our most strategic deals. Core deal processes include business case development, deal structuring, contract review, and client negotiation support.
Essential Functions:
- Provide rigorous quantitative and qualitative analyses. The candidate will be trained as a deals analyst to support deal proposals structuring and modeling. This will include detailed training on deal modeling, incentives structuring and important deal metrics analysis from both the client’s and Visa’s perspective
- Develop pricing and deal constructs for acceptance agreements with merchants and payment service providers
- Manage aspects of deal generation and execution, including business case development, stakeholder impact assessments, management approvals, and support for contract negotiations
- Work with cross-functional teams (product, interchange, finance, legal, sales, etc), provide pricing expertise as well as best practices for deal management. You will work with Visa account executives to understand the particular client needs and requests, existing contractual situation and any relevant competitive factors. You will also need to participate in the internal review and approval process for active deals, addressing any financial questions
- Deliverables and recommendations will be viewed and assessed by Finance / Sales leadership and up to Visa’s senior management

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
- Students pursuing a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field with a graduation date in December 2026-August 2027
- Strong communications skills, specifically, the absence of repeated grammatical or typographical errors, clear and concise written and spoken communications that demonstrate professional judgment
Preferred Qualifications
- Working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI
- Experience with complex financial or data systems such as Tableau or SQL is a plus
- Familiar with forecast modeling and managing large datasets
- Analytical, project management, and prioritization skills
- Proficient written and oral communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work with data and organize in a logical and efficient manner
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and produce time-sensitive deliverables
- Ability to manage in a dynamic environment with changing priorities
Additional Information
U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated hourly range for a new hire into this position is $30 to $35 which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.
