Job Description
This role sits within the Premium team managing Visa’s Premium Core Products and benefits for France, Belgium, and Luxembourg.
As Senior Manager, Core Products – Consumer Segments & Propositions, you will develop and manage market‑leading premium products and value propositions for priority customer segments. You will work closely with Visa’s Global and Europe Product teams to ensure our offerings deliver differentiated benefits, best‑in‑class experiences, and measurable business impact.
The ultimate goal is to increase spend and penetration of Premium products across key consumer segments in the cluster through compelling propositions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, refresh, and own compelling Customer Value Propositions (CVPs) for affluent segments — ensuring the right features, benefits, and service levels for each tier.
- Maintain and update Visa Rules relevant to the cluster.
- Align cluster strategy, programmes, targets, and reporting with Global and European Product teams.
- Support pitching of the affluent strategy and product selling, including customer insights, product narrative, premium content, and commercial strategy.
- Collaborate with benefits and go‑to‑market leads within the Premium Product team.
- Engage in client discussions to present and refine product propositions.
- Ensure strong cross‑functional collaboration with internal teams (product, marketing, sourcing, sales, legal) and external partners (major issuing banks in France, Belgium and Luxembourg).
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in the office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
Qualifications
- Product management within financial services, ideally in affluent/high net worth segments
- Proven track record in developing and growing card portfolios
- Strong project management, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate customer needs into commercially viable products
- Solid business acumen and understanding of payment technologies, business models, and profitability drivers
- Fluent in French and English
- Comfortable navigating complex, multi stakeholder initiatives and driving change in fast moving environments
