Team Summary

Marketing Services is a growing business within Visa and delivers value to clients through a range of marketing capabilities, from strategy to execution to sponsorships.

The Marketing Services Hub team is dedicated to advancing Visa Marketing’s value-added services across AP, working closely with country Client Marketing teams, regional Finance & Hub partners and Global Marketing Services teams. This team is responsible for supporting AP’s Client Marketing teams by sharing best practices, developing training and communications materials, advancing key strategies to drive business growth, and ensuring efficient operating processes.

This role will be responsible for helping to scale Marketing Services opportunities with Visa Commercial and Money Movement (CMS) and B2B partners across Asia Pacific, supporting their customer acquisition, product deployment and usage priorities.

Manager, CMS Marketing Services, Asia Pacific responsibilities:

As a Manager within the Marketing Services organization, you will report to the Senior Manager and support on sales enablement, pipeline management, internal education, and execution of client engagements among Visa’s CMS and B2B partners across Asia Pacific. This will span across Commercial issuers with small business and large enterprises portfolios, Visa Direct money movement clients, and Acquirers segment.

Main responsibilities are:

  • Drive CMS Marketing Services sales enablement by developing regionalized set plays, client-facing materials and case studies to help client marketing teams sell in and deliver solutions effectively.
  • Support Marketing Services pitch proposals development and RFPs for regional CMS clients, as well as marketing strategy development for market-specific opportunities.
  • Execute Marketing Services engagements with regional CMS clients by working closely with internal SMEs and external agencies, spanning across campaign strategy recommendations, creative/content development, paid media delivery, insights & analytics, and sponsorship/partnership event activations.
  • Contribute to and support new business development initiatives and use case expansion of Marketing Services for B2B and CMS applications, in collaboration with AP Marketing and CMS teams.
  • Manage the CMS opportunity pipeline, ensuring timely tracking, reporting, and visibility across the region.
  • Champion best practice sharing and knowledge transfer across markets, by connecting with local, regional and global counterparts for cross-regional learnings and facilitating internal learning & development activities.
  • Own the internal communications rhythm for the AP CMS Marketing Services practice, including newsletter updates and leadership reporting.

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in the office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager. ​

Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of relevant work experience in Marketing, preferably in payments, financial services, or technology companies.
  • Deep understanding of the payments ecosystem and B2B marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills – you create visually clear, concise, and insightful work product and are comfortable presenting to groups and senior leaders.
  • Analytical mindset with experience leveraging insights to guide marketing strategy – you’re comfortable creating sales narratives built on business data points.
  • Proven project management skills with excellent attention to detail – you’re familiar with executing marketing campaigns and related activities.
  • Experience in pitching or selling to clients would be an asset as this role involves client-facing discussions.
  • Team-oriented and collaborative, driven and resourceful, innovative and curious, positive and proactive – always looking for ways to do things better.
  • Comfortable juggling multiple projects and quick to adapt to shifting priorities.
  • A self-starter, comfortable with autonomy.
  • Strong internal stakeholder management with a collaborative, diplomatic, and flexible style – regional sensibilities to work effectively with other markets and cultures around the world in a matrixed organization.
