Job Description
Key Responsibilities
1. Contract Management
- Partner with Global CoE to ensure AP-friendly contract templates are available and up to date.
- Collaborate on contract usage guides and monitor template, version changes.
- Coordinate with regional leads to ensure timely publication of contracts, adhering to standard naming conventions.
2. PAS Reporting Framework
- Work with AP Sourcing Partners to ensure compliance with project/contract naming conventions and language accuracy.
- Review PAS audit results and collaborate on remediation plans.
3. Data Analytics and Reporting
- Develop and maintain AP reporting dashboards and scorecards.
- Extract and analyze data from multiple sources to support metrics and KPIs (e.g., sourcing project creation, PWR fulfillment).
- Drive continuous improvement in reporting processes.
4. Systems Management
- Support Ariba systems integration, UAT, and new functionality rollouts.
- Assist with onboarding, system access, and troubleshooting for new hires.
- Integrate sourcing, procurement tools and processes (e.g., ZIP, SLP).
- Maintain Ariba buying channels and catalogs.
5. Ariba RFX
- Conduct RFx events via Ariba, providing administrative and checklist support.
6. Supplier Management, Tiering, Quarterly Reviews
- Partner with Category Leads to update Preferred Supplier Listings (PSL) and maintain SWOQL listings.
- Monitor supplier performance and manage watch lists for key strategic suppliers.
7. Supplier Diversity and Responsible Sourcing
- Support initiatives to drive spend toward diverse suppliers.
- Identify regional opportunities and set diversity criteria and goals.
8. Communications, Training, and Knowledge Management
- Deliver sourcing training and guidance to partners.
- Establish and refresh quarterly Source-to-Pay training calendars and materials.
9. TLMP Regular Interlock
- Organize regular meetings with TLMP for VSM reviews and updates.
- Conduct refresher training and quarterly risk bypass accuracy reviews.
10. CCM, Audit Central Coordination
- Serve as focal point for audit documentation and response consolidation.
- Review ATF, Exception logs and provide guidance to sourcing partners.
11. Operational Touchpoint with Controllership, Ops Support
- Support sourcing partners in resolving operational issues with Controllership, Ops Support.
12. Mergers and Acquisition
- Support integration of newly acquired entities, including supplier data analysis and S2P training.
13. Other Ad-hoc Projects
- Support VPS projects and client collaboration on supplier adoption of payment solutions.
14. Ariba Approvals
- Approve Purchasing User access for ASPAC.
15. Wet Ink Contract Management
- File and manage wet ink contracts.
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in the office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
3+ years’ experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain operations.
Strong analytical and reporting skills, proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools.
Experience with Ariba or similar procurement systems preferred.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in problem-solving.
