Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Domestic Product Strategy:
- Develop and execute integrated domestic product strategy across Visa Direct, Visa Commercial Solutions, and Visa Government Solutions.
- Drive commercialization work streams for emerging domestic use cases and products.
- Build business cases for new domestic features and lead regional readiness and launch plans.
- Define distribution strategy and enablement prioritization for sellers.
Emerging Use Case Development:
- Conduct market research, opportunity sizing, and competitive intelligence.
- Develop and test value propositions for new domestic use cases (e.g., Stablecoin for EMF clients, Deferred Delivery OCTs, Visa Protect).
- Support pricing strategy and ROI modeling for new features.
Cross-Border Sales Enablement (Enablers, Merchants, and Fintech cross-border):
- Create cross-border enablement playbooks and GTM narratives for EMF clients and their cross-border corridors.
- Act as cross-border SME for sellers during RFPs and strategic client pitches.
- Deliver EMF seller training and support for XB opportunities.
- Drive pricing guidance and objection handling frameworks for cross-border deals.
Strategic Programs:
- Lead and support Mission Control and Visa 2030 initiatives.
- Collaborate on pilots and innovation tracks tied to long-term growth.
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- 8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD
Preferred Qualifications:
- 9 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or 7 or more relevant years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 3 or more years of experience with a PhD
- 7+ years in product strategy, commercialization, or GTM roles within payments or fintech.
- Strong analytical and strategic planning capabilities.
- Proven track record in product launches and commercialization.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- MBA or Master’s degree in Business, Strategy, or related field.
- Deep understanding of domestic money movement and cross-border payment technologies (Visa Direct, OCTs, stablecoins, fraud protection).
- Experience leading pilots and scaling new solutions from concept to commercialization.
- Expertise in market research, segmentation, and value proposition development.
- Strong financial acumen for pricing and ROI modeling.
- Familiarity with Visa ecosystem (Visa Direct, Commercial Solutions, Government Solutions).
Additional Information
Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.
Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.
Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 169,100.00 to 245,400.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
