The role partners closely with Program Operations, Global Risk, Market teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure programs remain effective, measurable, and fit for purpose across their lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Program Lifecycle Ownership and Governance
- Own the ongoing review, evolution, and lifecycle governance of Risk Programs in AP, from program design and launch through enhancement and decommissioning.
- Partner with Global Risk to shape regional priorities, inform global roadmaps, and influence program enhancements based on AP market insights and performance outcomes.
- Ensure consistent, disciplined execution of program changes across markets, balancing global standards with regional regulatory, operational, and client considerations.
Stakeholder Engagement, Communications, and Knowledge Management
- Act as the primary AP point of coordination between client-facing Market teams and Global Risk on Risk Compliance Programs.
- Proactively communicate upcoming changes, gather structured feedback from regional stakeholders, and represent AP perspectives in global forums and working groups.
- Establish and maintain clear knowledge management practices to ensure program guidance, decisions, and historical context are accessible, current, and reusable across stakeholders.
Program Observability and Effectiveness
- Define and maintain meaningful performance metrics that connect program controls to observed risk outcomes and business impact.
- Oversee the development and lifecycle management of dashboards and reporting, ensuring insights remain relevant, accurate, and decision-oriented.
- Use data-driven insights to assess program effectiveness, identify gaps or diminishing returns, and inform recommendations for program evolution or retirement.
