We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Risk & Controls Specialist to take full ownership of our access management domain.
Your mission:
Your mission is to identify and mitigate access management risks in Servicing operations. This is a critical role where you will be empowered to enhance our security posture, ensure compliance, and drive the maturity of access governance across our operational teams. You will be at the forefront of identifying and mitigating access-related risks, leading strategic projects that have a tangible impact on the entire organization. Your mission is to elevate our access management framework to the next level, ensuring it is robust, efficient, and aligned with our strategic objectives.
Here’s how you’ll add value to the team:
Define, maintain, and own the access management framework and associated procedures for Servicing, ensuring alignment with company security standards.
Drive risk mitigation by identifying and assessing access-related risks , and ensuring that access controls are regularly tested with findings followed through.
Independently lead large, cross-functional projects to improve the security, efficiency, and compliance of access management processes.
Act as the primary point of contact and advisor for access-related issues and secure practices for operational and technical teams.
Support internal and external audits by ensuring all access documentation and role definitions are accurate and audit-ready.
Mentor and coach Risk & Controls specialists and other team members on access management activities and best practices.
About you:
You have expert-level knowledge and hands-on experience in the access management domain.
You are proficient in applying principles from relevant industry frameworks and regulations that govern access management, such as NIST, ISO/IEC 27001 or SOX.
You are a strategic thinker with a proven ability to define risk mitigation priorities and set long-term governance objectives.
You possess a strong risk mindset, with experience in conducting operational risk assessments, identifying control gaps, and mitigating risks stemming from user access.
You have a proven track record as a project manager, capable of independently driving complex, cross-functional initiatives to completion with high-quality outcomes.
You are data-driven and analytical, using evidence and insights to inform risk assessments and process-related decisions.
You are an independent and proactive problem-solver, adept at identifying inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement and initiating projects to address them.
You are a strong stakeholder manager with excellent communication skills, able to build relationships and collaborate effectively across various teams and the wider organization.
You have a keen eye for detail, producing clear, structured, and concise documentation that can withstand the scrutiny of internal and external audits.
You are an experienced mentor, capable of coaching and sharing knowledge with other specialists and team members.
You are resilient, intellectually curious, and not afraid to challenge something when you need to in order to find better solutions.
Salary: €3400 - €4450 gross monthly + RSUs
