Initiatives Facilitator

Do you enjoy bringing people together and helping them reach clear decisions? Are you good at bringing clarity when things are still taking shape? Do you notice when work starts losing momentum and know how to help others get it moving again?

We are looking for an Initiatives Facilitator to help our cross-functional initiative and mission teams collaborate effectively, maintain momentum and continuously improve their ways of working.

Your role

As an Initiatives Facilitator, you will create the conditions for teams to work effectively together. You will facilitate discussions and decision-making, make progress and obstacles visible, and help teams turn agreements into action.

Your responsibilities

• Organise and facilitate planning sessions, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives and other team meetings.
• Help teams follow agreed ways of working and maintain clarity around roles and responsibilities.
• Gather input from initiative and mission owners, team members and stakeholders to identify and address obstacles, risks and dependencies early and bring the right people together to address these.
• Create visibility of progress and risks using agreed work management tools and practices.
• Support continuous improvement by facilitating retrospectives and ensuring that agreed follow-up actions are implemented.
• Facilitate communication and decision-making across teams and stakeholders. Help teams recognise what isn’t working and find practical ways to improve it.
• Lead the planning and coordination of company-wide events in collaboration with the support team.

What we are looking for

• Experience facilitating teamwork, initiatives or projects, for example as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, Programme Coordinator or in a similar role.
• Strong facilitation and communication skills, including the ability to guide cross-functional teams towards decisions.
• The ability to identify bottlenecks, risks and dependencies early and help address them.
• A proactive, structured and outcome-oriented approach.
• Familiarity with Jira or similar work management tools.
• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent education.
• Training or certification in Agile methodologies, such as Scrum, is an advantage.
• Fluency in English; Estonian language skills are an advantage
